Dining RoomClient Challenge:
The client wanted the stunning bay view to become the focal point of the home. Previous housemates with differing design preferences had left the space feeling disconnected, and it was never fully enjoyed or utilized. She also wanted both a comfortable sofa and a cozy "cuddle puddle" area but wasn't sure how to accommodate both, especially with heavy existing furniture.
Energy Alchemist Approach:
The transformation began with an intentional clearing process to make space for a new vision. Collaborating with a client who already had a strong understanding of design, the space was curated as a sanctuary—bringing together comfort, beauty, and functionality. Carefully selected furnishings created a sense of lightness while allowing the bay view to remain the centerpiece, resulting in a true "heaven on earth" environment.

Living RoomClient Challenge:
While the dining room already featured several beautiful elements, it lacked overall cohesion. The existing pendant light did not complement the room's aesthetic, and the largest piece of artwork no longer reflected who the client was becoming.
Energy Alchemist Approach:
The design focused on weaving the dining and living spaces together into one harmonious experience. Thoughtful refinements created visual continuity while ensuring every element aligned with the client's evolving identity.

The client needed a single room to serve multiple functions, including a podcast studio, creative workspace, and everyday office, while still expressing her personality in a cohesive and intentional way.
Energy Alchemist Approach:
The room's defining pieces became the foundation for the overall design direction. Color, character, and carefully selected statement furnishings captured the client's essence, while two feature walls were painted to enhance the atmosphere. A dedicated content wall was designed to align seamlessly with her personal brand and creative aesthetic.

Spare BedroomClient Challenge:
The client wanted to transform the spare bedroom into a peaceful retreat that could function equally well as an Airbnb, a guest room for a future housemate, or a dedicated retreat space.

The room was intentionally kept minimal, embracing a monochromatic palette to create a calm, restorative atmosphere. Every furnishing and decorative element was thoughtfully considered to ensure the guest room reflected the same level of care and intention as the rest of the home.

The kitchen nook lacked purpose, with miscellaneous items creating visual clutter. The client wanted the space to feel intentional, welcoming, and integrated with the rest of the home rather than becoming an overlookedcorner.

Existing pieces, including a bookshelf, were thoughtfully repurposed to improve the layout and functionality. New layers of greenery and carefully chosen accents elevated the nook, bringing it into harmony with the design quality of the surrounding rooms.
